The best link in bio tools in 2026, and the Linktree alternatives worth switching to

A link in bio page is the one link your Instagram or TikTok profile allows, turned into a small page of links, products and sign-ups. We compared seven tools on what decides the choice: whether the free plan is usable, whether you can sell and collect emails, what the analytics show and what it costs to remove the branding.

TL;DR: Linktree is the safest all-round pick and has a free plan. Beacons and Stan Store are better if you sell, Milkshake if you build from your phone, and Carrd if you want a one-page site. Later and Postify (ours) include a link in bio page with their scheduling plans, which is the better deal only if you already use them for posting.

By the Postify team at Businice S.R.L. Postify makes this site. It is on this list but not ranked first, and we say where other tools are stronger.

The best link in bio tools at a glance

The best link in bio tools in 2026 are Linktree for most people, Beacons and Stan Store for selling, Milkshake for building on a phone, Later Link in Bio for Later users, Postify Link for Postify users and Carrd for a one-page website. Linktree, Beacons, Milkshake and Carrd have free plans, and Later's help center lists one too.

The table compares the seven on the questions that decide a purchase. "Paid from" is the cheapest paid price we found; for Later and Postify it is the price of the whole scheduling plan the page comes with. Full entries, with where each tool is weaker, follow below.

What is a link in bio tool?

A link in bio tool builds a small mobile page that holds all your links, so the single link field on Instagram, TikTok or another profile can point to everything you want people to see. Most tools add buttons, embeds, product cards, email sign-ups and click analytics, and charge to remove their own branding.

The basic page is free almost everywhere. What you pay for is everything around it: selling without a big transaction fee, collecting emails, longer analytics history, a custom domain and a page without the vendor's logo. Decide which of those you need before comparing prices, because the plans that unlock them differ a lot.

  • Links and layout: unlimited links are standard; check embeds, themes and how many pages you get.
  • Selling: a built-in checkout with its own fees, or outbound links to a store you already run.
  • Email capture: a sign-up form on the page, and whether it sends to your email tool.
  • Analytics: views and clicks at minimum; referrers, locations and history length vary by plan.
  • Branding and domain: when the vendor's logo comes off, and whether you can use your own domain.

Which Linktree alternative should you choose?

Choose by the job Linktree does not do well for you. Beacons and Stan Store suit creators who sell courses, bookings or digital products. Milkshake suits people who want to build on a phone, and Carrd suits a full one-page site. Later and Postify suit people who already schedule posts there and want one less subscription.

Linktree itself covers most needs: its free plan includes unlimited basic links and email and phone sign-ups, and selling with 0% fees starts on Pro. People usually switch for one of three reasons: they want a stronger store, they want a page that looks less like a list, or they already pay for a scheduling tool that includes a page.

If you sell, compare fees and checkout features rather than monthly prices. Beacons charges a 9% transaction fee on its free and Creator plans and 0% from Creator Plus, while Stan Store has no free plan but includes a storefront, bookings and courses from its first plan.

Is there a free link in bio tool?

Yes. Linktree, Beacons, Milkshake and Carrd have free plans, and Later's help center lists one. Linktree's includes unlimited links and email sign-ups, Beacons a media kit and selling with a 9% fee, Milkshake 30 days of analytics, and Carrd up to three sites. Stan Store has no free plan, and Postify Link needs a paid Postify plan.

Every free plan shows the vendor's branding, and most limit analytics. Milkshake keeps 30 days of insights on Free, Later keeps 3 months of link in bio analytics on Free, and Linktree adds basic analytics on Starter. If a clean page without a logo matters, the cheapest routes are Milkshake Lite at US$2.99 per month and Carrd Pro Lite at $9 per year.

Do social media tools include a link in bio page?

Several do. Later includes Link in Bio with every plan, Postify includes Postify Link on every plan, Metricool has SmartLinks, Vista Social has Vista Page and Agorapulse lists PulseLink on its Professional plan. These pages are usually simpler than a dedicated tool, but they cost nothing extra if you already pay for the suite.

The trade-off is focus. A suite page is built around your posts: Later's page looks like your Instagram feed with a link on each post, Postify's latest posts grid links each tile to the original post, and the page analytics sit next to your post analytics. A dedicated tool goes deeper on selling, email marketing and design. If your page is mostly a shop, use a dedicated tool; if it mostly points back to your content, the page in your scheduler is often enough.

Vista Social puts a custom domain for Vista Page on its Advanced plan. We did not compare the other suite pages feature by feature, so check their plan pages before you rely on one.

How we checked

On 22 October 2026 we read each vendor's pricing page or, where the pricing page would not load, its official help center, and compared five things: the free plan, selling, email capture, analytics and branding. We did not buy and test every paid plan, and we do not use ratings or review scores. We make Postify. A link in bio page is a side feature of Postify, not a standalone product, so we ranked it sixth of seven, behind the dedicated tools and Later, and ahead of Carrd only because Carrd is a site builder first. Competitor prices are in US dollars as the vendors list them, before tax. Postify bills in euros, so convert at your own rate, and confirm current prices with each vendor before you buy.

1. Linktree

Most people who want a familiar, free page with room to grow

Linktree is the default for a reason: the free plan includes unlimited basic links and email and phone sign-ups, and every paid tier adds something concrete. Starter personalizes the page and adds basic analytics, Pro removes the Linktree branding, adds custom designs and mailing list integrations and lets you sell with 0% fees, and Premium adds link rules and routing, all-time analytics, data export, social media scheduling, unlimited Instagram auto-replies and an MCP connection that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT edit your links and read your insights.

Pros

  • +A usable free plan with unlimited basic links and email and phone sign-ups
  • +Selling with 0% fees from Pro
  • +All-time analytics, data export and an MCP connection for AI assistants on Premium

Cons

  • -Free and Starter keep the Linktree branding
  • -Analytics on Starter are basic; the full history needs Premium
  • -Payouts and processing carry fees on top of the plan

Verdict: The safest choice for most people. Switch only if you need a stronger store, a different look or a page bundled with a tool you already pay for.

Pricing: Free; Starter $9 per month billed monthly ($7 billed annually); Pro $17 ($14); Premium $35 ($30); Pro and Premium have a 7-day free trial

2. Beacons

Creators who sell products and pitch brands from one page

Beacons is a creator storefront with a link in bio page attached. The free plan includes unlimited links and sub-pages, a media kit for brand deals, a store with a 9% transaction fee and 50 email sends per month. Creator adds a custom domain and 500 sends, and Creator Plus drops the transaction fee to 0%, adds buy now pay later, memberships, unlimited courses with video hosting and unlimited marketing emails, and removes the Beacons logo.

Pros

  • +A free plan that already sells, with a media kit and email sends
  • +Custom domain from Creator
  • +0% transaction fees, memberships and unlimited courses from Creator Plus

Cons

  • -A 9% transaction fee on Free and Creator
  • -The Beacons logo stays until Creator Plus

Verdict: The best free start for creators who sell. Move to Creator Plus once fees on sales cost more than the plan.

Pricing: Free; Creator $10 per month or $100 per year; Creator Plus $30 per month or $300 per year; Creator Max $100 per month or $1,000 per year

3. Stan Store

Coaches and creators selling courses, bookings and digital products

Stan Store is a store first and a link page second. Creator includes a storefront, calendar bookings, a course builder, recurring subscriptions, lead magnets for email collection, community features, store analytics and Stan AutoDM for automated Instagram replies. Creator Pro adds payment plans, discount codes, upsells and order bumps, Afterpay and Klarna, funnels, affiliate management, email broadcasts and flows, and pixel tracking for Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok. Removing the Stan referral banner also needs Creator Pro.

Pros

  • +Courses, bookings, subscriptions and lead magnets on the first plan
  • +Automated Instagram replies with Stan AutoDM
  • +Funnels, payment plans and email marketing on Creator Pro

Cons

  • -No free plan, only a 14-day trial
  • -More than you need if you only want a list of links

Verdict: Pick Stan Store when the page is your shop. For a plain list of links, its $29 entry plan is the highest starting price among the dedicated tools here.

Pricing: No free plan, 14-day free trial; Creator $29 per month ($300 per year); Creator Pro $99 per month ($948 per year)

4. Milkshake

People who want to build and edit the page from a phone

Milkshake is an iOS and Android app that builds a small website of cards rather than a plain list of buttons. The free plan includes unlimited links and cards, templates, QR code sharing, 30 days of insights and selling digital files with Stripe, with a 12% Milkshake fee on Free and Lite, 9% on Pro and 7% on Pro+ on top of Stripe's fees. Lite removes the Milkshake branding, Pro adds 365 days of insights with export, a contact form, a mailing list (Sheets and Mailchimp) and the Meta pixel, and Pro+ connects a custom domain and Google Analytics.

Pros

  • +Built for phones, with a free plan that includes selling digital files
  • +Branding removal from US$2.99 per month on Lite
  • +365 days of insights with export on Pro

Cons

  • -A 12% fee on sales on Free and Lite, plus Stripe's fees
  • -Free keeps only 30 days of insights
  • -A custom domain needs Pro+
  • -Prices may vary by country and app store

Verdict: The best pick if you will build and update the page from your phone and want it to look like a site, not a list.

Pricing: Free; Lite US$2.99 per month; Pro US$6.99 per month (US$59.99 billed yearly); Pro+ US$29.99 billed quarterly or US$99.99 billed yearly; Milkshake says prices may vary by country and platform

5. Later Link in Bio

Instagram-first creators and brands that already schedule with Later

Later Link in Bio comes with Later's social plans, one page per social set. The page looks like your Instagram or TikTok feed, with a link attached to each post, plus buttons and banners. Later's plan guide lists email collection through Mailchimp or CSV on every plan, including the Free plan its help center describes. The Later branding comes off from Starter, link in bio analytics cover 3 months on Free, 1 year on Starter and Growth and 2 years on Scale, and page views by location start at Growth.

Pros

  • +No extra subscription if you already schedule with Later
  • +Email collection on every plan listed in the plan guide
  • +Up to 2 years of link in bio analytics on Scale

Cons

  • -One page per social set
  • -Later branding on Free
  • -Page views by location need Growth

Verdict: A strong choice for Later customers. On its own, a dedicated tool gives you more for the money.

Pricing: Included with every Later plan: Starter $18.75 per month billed yearly, Growth $37.50 and Scale $82.50; Later's help center also lists a Free plan that the pricing page does not show

6. Postify

Postify customers who want the page in the same tool as their posts

Postify Link is the link in bio page that comes with every Postify plan, one page per profile at postify.link/your-handle. A page holds up to 50 blocks: social icons, links, headers, text, a latest posts grid of posts you published through Postify, each tile linking to the original post, YouTube and Spotify embeds, and product cards that link out to your store. Themes cover fonts, button shapes and styles, and color, gradient or image backgrounds. Analytics show page views, unique visitors and clicks per block, with a history of 90 days on Hobby and Starter, rising to two years on Agency. You can edit the page on the web, in the iOS and Android apps, or by asking your own AI assistant through the Postify MCP server.

Pros

  • +Included on every plan, Hobby too, with no add-on
  • +A latest posts grid that fills itself from posts you publish through Postify
  • +Edit from the web, the mobile apps or your AI assistant through MCP
  • +Page views, unique visitors and clicks per block
  • +A free 7-day trial on every plan

Cons

  • -No free plan: the page comes only with a paid Postify plan
  • -No email capture, built-in checkout or tips; product cards link out to your own store
  • -No custom domain, and the "Made with Postify" badge stays below Pro
  • -Analytics have no referrer, location or device breakdown

Verdict: Worth using if you already schedule with Postify, since it costs nothing extra. If the page is how you sell or grow an email list, a dedicated tool such as Linktree, Beacons or Stan Store does more.

Pricing: Included with every Postify plan, from €9.99 per month (€8.33 per month billed yearly) for Hobby up to €199.94 per month for Agency; there is no separate link in bio plan

7. Carrd

A simple one-page website instead of a list of links

Carrd builds one-page websites, and many people use one as a link in bio page. The free account publishes up to three sites with Carrd branding. Pro Lite removes the branding and adds premium templates, and Pro Standard adds custom domains, forms (including payment forms), widgets, embeds and analytics through Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo and others.

Pros

  • +The lowest paid price here, billed per year
  • +Custom domains and forms on Pro Standard
  • +Full design freedom for a one-page site

Cons

  • -A site builder, so a link list takes more setup than in a dedicated tool
  • -Analytics come through outside services rather than a built-in dashboard

Verdict: Pick Carrd if you want a small website you control at a yearly price. For a quick list of links, the tools above are faster.

Pricing: Free for up to 3 sites; Pro Lite $9 per year; Pro Standard $19 per year; larger Pro plans for more sites
