Use Postify in Claude

Add Postify as a custom connector and Claude can schedule posts, read your analytics and answer comments on nine platforms, right from the chat.

Set it up

  1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector. Name it Postify and paste the server URL.
  3. Click Connect. A Postify window opens: sign in and allow access.
  4. In a new chat, open the tools menu and make sure Postify is turned on.
  5. In Claude Code, run the command below instead, then type /mcp and sign in.

Good to know

  • A connector you add on claude.ai is also available in the Claude desktop and mobile apps.
  • On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds custom connectors in the organisation settings, and members then connect their own Postify account.
  • The free Claude plan allows one custom connector.
  • Add Postify Ads as a second connector with its own URL if you run paid campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

Does Postify work in Claude Desktop?
Yes. Add it as a custom connector in Settings, Connectors. Connectors added on claude.ai show up in the desktop app too.
How do I add Postify to Claude Code?
Run claude mcp add --transport http postify with the server URL, then type /mcp inside Claude Code and sign in to Postify.
Will Claude post without asking?
Claude asks before it runs a tool that makes changes, unless you have chosen to always allow that tool. Postify marks every tool as read only or not, so Claude knows which ones need your OK.
