Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. A card is required to start your 14-day free trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
What counts as a profile?
A profile is one brand workspace that connects up to 9 social accounts, one per platform (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and Plative). Higher plans include more profiles.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard, and your limits adjust right away.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you keep your subscription, billing starts on the plan you chose. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes. Every Postify plan offers yearly billing with 2 months free, which brings the entry plan to €8.33 per month instead of €9.99.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing settings in your dashboard and choose Manage Billing, or contact support. Cancelling stops future billing. If you cancel before your free trial ends, you are not charged. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there.
Do you offer refunds?
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. The Terms of Service have the details.
Which platforms can I post to?
Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and Plative. Every plan can publish to all of them. Plans differ in limits such as the number of profiles and team members.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Every plan includes at least one team member and higher plans include more, as the comparison table shows. On Starter and above you can also buy extra team member and profile seats from your billing settings.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email privacy@postify.tech and we will send you a copy of your data in a common electronic format. We aim to respond within one month.
