Can my AI answer Instagram DMs?
Yes, on the Plus plan or higher. It can read conversations, reply to messages and send private replies to comments. Inbox automations can also auto-reply for you.
Does it work with a personal Instagram account?
No. Instagram only allows publishing through its API for professional accounts, so switch to a Business or Creator account first.
