Zoho Social vs Postify: low entry price or more room per plan
Zoho Social and Postify price around the same unit, a brand that holds one account per network, but they spend the money differently. Zoho Social keeps entry costs low, covers more networks and adds collaboration at Premium. Postify has no free tier, puts more brands and users into each step up, and includes a link-in-bio page and an MCP server on every plan.

TL;DR: Pick Zoho Social for a free or low-cost single-brand setup, Zoho CRM ties, or Bluesky, Mastodon and Google Business Profile. Pick Postify if a small team runs several brands and wants link in bio and AI-assistant access included.

Postify or Zoho Social: which one fits you
Choose Zoho Social if
- Solo users and small businesses that want a free or low-cost scheduler: Zoho Social has a forever-free plan and Standard from $10 (EUR 10) per month billed yearly, with regional prices.
- Companies already on Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk, which Zoho Social connects to on Premium.
- Brands that publish to Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile or Snapchat, or answer WhatsApp and Telegram Business messages from the same inbox.
- Teams that want bulk scheduling, repeat posting and RSS feeds, which Zoho Social includes from Professional.
Choose Postify if
- Small teams that need a second or third person before paying for collaboration: Postify Starter has 2 users and Plus has 3, while Zoho Social Standard and Professional include 1 team member.
- People handling several brands: Postify Plus includes 3 brand profiles and Pro 6, while Zoho Social plans below Agency include 1 brand and charge for add-on brands.
- Creators and shops that want a link-in-bio page with click analytics, included as Postify Link on every plan.
- Anyone who wants Claude, ChatGPT or a custom agent to create, schedule and analyze posts through a documented MCP server.
Worth knowing about Zoho Social: Zoho Social combines a forever-free plan, low entry prices set by region and a long network list that includes Bluesky, Mastodon and Google Business Profile. Its public changelog shows dated releases nearly every month through August 2026, and for a business already running on Zoho, the CRM and Desk connections are a real reason to stay.
Pricing: per brand, and by region
Zoho Social builds each plan around one brand, and a brand holds one profile per network (one Instagram account, one Facebook Page and so on). Zoho's published price data lists Standard at $10 per month billed yearly or $15 monthly, Professional at $30 or $40, and Premium at $40 or $65, with the same figures in EUR.
Zoho says prices vary by region and currency, and its price data also carries separate lists for other currencies, so what you see at checkout may differ from these figures. Below the Agency plans, extra brands are paid add-ons on Professional and Premium; Agency starts at $230 per month billed yearly for 10 clients.
Postify uses the same unit, a brand profile with one account per network, and prices in euros. Hobby is €9.99 per month for 1 profile, 1 user and 15 posts per month. Starter lifts the post cap, Plus includes 3 profiles and 3 users, and Agency at €199.94 per month includes 15 profiles and 12 users.
Where collaboration starts
Zoho Social Standard and Professional include 1 team member. Approvals and workflow, the full inbox, custom roles and 3 team members arrive with Premium, and client logins and a client portal with the Agency plans. Extra team members cost $12 per month, or $10 billed yearly.
Postify adds people and brands earlier: Starter has 2 users, Plus 3 users across 3 profiles, Pro 6 and Agency 12. What it lacks is an internal approval step. Pro and Agency include a client review link where the client accepts or rejects a post, and that is the full extent of approvals.
Networks and formats
Zoho Social publishes to Facebook, X, Instagram business profiles, LinkedIn profiles and pages, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Mastodon, Threads, Bluesky, Snapchat and Arattai, Zoho's own messenger. Premium and Agency add WhatsApp Business and Telegram Business. Zoho shows 13 or 14 channels, apparently depending on region, without naming the one that drops out.
Postify covers Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, plus Plative, Postify's own network. Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Snapchat, WhatsApp and Telegram are not supported.
Both publish Instagram Stories, Reels and carousels and Facebook Stories. Zoho Social lists an Instagram first comment from Professional; Postify posts first comments on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Plative from Plus. Postify caps YouTube uploads at 180 seconds and Facebook videos at 90 seconds.
Automation, AI and the Zoho suite
Zoho Social has the deeper scheduling toolbox: bulk scheduling, repeat posting, RSS feeds and CustomQ from Professional, SmartQ suggested times on Premium, plus Canva and an image editor. Zia, its AI assistant, writes captions and replies from included credits, and Premium connects to Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
Postify has none of those scheduling automations and no built-in AI. Its AI route is an MCP server on every plan, so Claude, ChatGPT or a custom agent can create, schedule and analyze posts and, from Plus, work the inbox. Zoho runs a company-wide MCP product, but Zoho Social was not named on that page when we checked.
Postify also includes Postify Link, a link-in-bio page with click analytics, on every plan. Zoho Social does not list a link-in-bio feature.
Migration checklist
- Export what you need while you still have Premium access. Export Posts there saves single posts as PDF or PNG and filtered posts in bulk as CSV; below Premium, Zoho lists no bulk export.
- Zoho Social has no long-term contract and offers monthly billing. Its pricing FAQ says refunds can be requested by writing to payments@zohocorp.com and does not state further conditions, so ask before your next renewal.
- Map each Zoho brand to one Postify brand profile. Both tools hold one account per network inside a brand, so the structure carries over one to one.
- Recreate repeat posts, RSS-driven posts and queued content manually. Postify has no recurring posts, RSS or CSV import, so schedule upcoming posts directly in the calendar.
- Keep another route for Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Snapchat, WhatsApp or Telegram, and decide how social leads will reach your CRM, since Postify has no CRM integration or API.
