Postify or Sendible: which one fits you

Worth knowing about Sendible: Sendible has been building social tools since 2009 and joined Total Specific Solutions in October 2025. Its current plans include unlimited users on every tier, so adding a colleague or a client to the account never changes the bill. Postify cannot match that: its plans cap users.

Workspaces against brand profiles

Sendible's Core plan is $35 per month billed monthly, or $29.75 per month billed yearly (EUR 31 and EUR 26.35 if you pay in euros). It includes one workspace with 6 social profiles and unlimited users. Higher tiers add workspaces rather than seats: Plus has 3 workspaces and 18 profiles for $99 per month, Elite has 15 workspaces and 90 profiles for $299.

Postify bills in euros. Hobby costs €9.99 per month and covers one brand profile, which holds one account on each network, plus one user and 15 posts per month. From Starter up there is no monthly post cap, and plans grow by brand profiles and users up to Agency at €199.94 per month with 15 brand profiles and 12 users.

Sendible also caps how many posts each workspace sends per day: 100 on Core, 200 on Plus, 300 on Premium and 500 on Elite. Scheduling volume itself is unlimited. If you pay in euros, set Sendible's EUR 31 Core price beside Postify's €9.99 Hobby price, and remember the two plans are not the same size.

Which networks and Instagram formats each one publishes

Sendible publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, X, LinkedIn profiles and Company Pages, YouTube, Threads, Google Business Profile, Bluesky and WordPress blog posts. Pinterest is not on its list.

Postify publishes to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, plus Plative, Postify's own social network. It does not cover Google Business Profile, Bluesky or WordPress.

On Instagram, Sendible posts photos, videos, Reels, Stories and image carousels automatically, but falls back to a phone reminder for video or mixed-media carousels and for Stories with interactive stickers or sounds. Postify publishes Stories and carousels that mix photos and videos directly. In return, Postify caps video length on some networks: 180 seconds on YouTube and 90 seconds on Facebook.

Inbox coverage and client sign-off

Sendible's inbox is on every plan and covers comments on Facebook Pages (ad comments included), Instagram, LinkedIn Company Pages and YouTube. Its own FAQ says it does not support answering Instagram direct messages.

Postify's inbox starts at Plus. It covers comments on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube, DMs on Facebook and Instagram, and automations such as comment-to-DM and keyword replies (3 active on Plus, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Agency). It has no inbox for TikTok, X or Pinterest, and no saved replies, assignment or labels.

For client work, Sendible is the stronger tool. Plus adds assignment and approval workflows and client dashboards, and Client Connect lets clients link their profiles without sharing logins. Postify has no internal approval workflow: on Pro and Agency a client can Accept or Reject each post through a link, without comments.

Reports and white label

Every Sendible plan has standard reports. Premium ($199 per month) adds a branded custom report builder, and reports can be emailed on a schedule or shared as live links. White label covers the dashboard, domain, reports and emails, as a paid add-on from $349 per month on Elite.

Postify shows profile and post insights for every connected network, with PDF reports and scheduled email reports on every plan. History depth depends on the plan, from 90 days on Hobby and Starter to 732 days on Agency. White-label PDF reports are Agency only, and there is no white-label dashboard.

AI, integrations and language

Sendible includes AI Assist with unlimited credits from Core, an image and video editor, Canva, RSS auto-posting, smart queues, content recycling and CSV bulk uploads, and it added Zapier in January 2026. None of this exists in Postify.

Postify's AI route is its first-party MCP server, listed on every plan. Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant you already use can draft, schedule and analyze posts, work the inbox (Plus and above) and edit your Postify Link page. We found no MCP server or AI-assistant connector on Sendible's site.

Sendible's interface comes in 11 languages, including German, Spanish, French and Japanese. Postify's app is available in 39 languages, including Arabic and Hebrew.

Migration checklist

1. Export your scheduled, sent and draft posts from Sendible's Publish view (CSV or HTML). Postify has no import tool, so use the file as your checklist while you rebuild the next few weeks in the composer.
2. Save the Sendible reports you need as PDF while the account is active. Sendible's terms say a subscription suspended for more than a month is terminated and its data is lost.
3. Plan the switch around your billing date. Standard Sendible plans have no contract, but prepaid periods are not refunded, and custom or white-label plans may run on signed contracts.
4. Map each Sendible workspace to a Postify brand profile and check the caps of the plan you choose: Plus has 3 brand profiles and 3 users, Pro 6 and 6, Agency 15 and 12.
5. Send each client a Postify profile client link so they reconnect their own accounts without sharing passwords, then publish one test post per network.
6. Keep another tool for Google Business Profile, Bluesky or WordPress posts, because Postify does not publish to them.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sendible charge per user?

No. Every Sendible plan includes unlimited users, and the price depends on how many workspaces (6 social profiles each) you need. Postify includes between 1 and 12 users depending on the plan, and extra seats can be bought from Starter up.

Can Sendible post to Pinterest?

Pinterest is not among the networks on Sendible's pricing page. Postify publishes single pins, carousels of 2 to 5 images and videos to Pinterest, with a board picker.

Which one handles Instagram DMs?

Postify, from the Plus plan up: Instagram and Facebook DMs sit in the same inbox as comments, and you can set comment-to-DM automations. Sendible replies to Instagram comments but says it does not support Instagram direct messages.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Neither refunds part-used periods by default. Sendible's standard plans have no contract and can be cancelled anytime, but its terms rule out refunds for prepaid periods. Postify keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period and does not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.

Does either work with ChatGPT or Claude?

Postify does, through its first-party MCP server on every plan. Sendible has its own AI Assist for captions and ideas, but we found no MCP server or ChatGPT or Claude connector on its site.
