Postify or Sendible: which one fits you

Worth knowing about Sendible: Sendible has been building social tools since 2009 and joined Total Specific Solutions in October 2025. Its current plans include unlimited users on every tier, so adding a colleague or a client to the account never changes the bill. Postify cannot match that: its plans cap users.

Why people look past Sendible

The most concrete gaps are on Sendible's own pricing page: no Pinterest listed, no Instagram direct messages, and phone reminders instead of auto-posting for video carousels and for Stories with stickers or sounds. There is no link-in-bio tool, and white label costs extra on the two top tiers only.

Capterra reviewers frequently mention a dated interface, analytics they find limited or confusing, an unstable mobile app and having to reconnect accounts. Some older reviews complain about Instagram gaps that Sendible says it has since closed, so check reviews by date.

Sendible changed a lot in the past year

Sendible joined Total Specific Solutions in October 2025. In 2026 it shipped a video editor and Zapier (January), a redesigned calendar and a media attachment limit raised from 15 to 40 items (March), alt text, automatic first comments and custom video thumbnails (June), and a new Workspaces model (August).

If you last evaluated Sendible a year ago, some of your reasons to leave may be gone. The current plans put unlimited users on every tier, which is rare and worth weighing before you switch to any tool that charges by seat, Postify included.

What Postify adds for a Sendible user

Pinterest joins Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube in one composer, with a separate caption per network in the same post. Postify Link, a link-in-bio page with click analytics, comes with every plan.

From Plus, the inbox adds Instagram and Facebook DMs next to comments, with automations that send a DM when someone comments a keyword. Feed grid previews for Instagram and TikTok show how a post will sit in your profile before it goes out.

Postify's MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant you already pay for draft and schedule posts, read insights and reply in the inbox. Its interface is translated into 39 languages.

What you would give up

Unlimited users first of all: Postify caps users at 1 on Hobby and 12 on Agency. You would also lose Sendible's approval workflows and assignment, client dashboards, the white-label dashboard, Google Business Profile, Bluesky and WordPress publishing, and AI Assist.

Postify has no CSV import, RSS, smart queues, content recycling, Canva, built-in editor, Zapier or public API. YouTube uploads are capped at 180 seconds. And the €9.99 Hobby plan is small: one brand profile, one user and 15 posts per month, with no inbox.

How much work the move takes

Sendible lets you export scheduled, sent and draft posts to CSV or HTML from the Publish view, and save reports as PDF. Postify cannot import either, so set aside time per brand to rebuild upcoming posts and reconnect accounts.

Time it to your billing date. Sendible does not refund prepaid periods, and its terms say an account suspended for more than a month is terminated and its data lost, so export before you cancel.

Migration checklist

1. Export your scheduled, sent and draft posts from Sendible's Publish view (CSV or HTML). Postify has no import tool, so use the file as your checklist while you rebuild the next few weeks in the composer.
2. Save the Sendible reports you need as PDF while the account is active. Sendible's terms say a subscription suspended for more than a month is terminated and its data is lost.
3. Plan the switch around your billing date. Standard Sendible plans have no contract, but prepaid periods are not refunded, and custom or white-label plans may run on signed contracts.
4. Map each Sendible workspace to a Postify brand profile and check the caps of the plan you choose: Plus has 3 brand profiles and 3 users, Pro 6 and 6, Agency 15 and 12.
5. Send each client a Postify profile client link so they reconnect their own accounts without sharing passwords, then publish one test post per network.
6. Keep another tool for Google Business Profile, Bluesky or WordPress posts, because Postify does not publish to them.

They do not cover Google Business Profile or Bluesky. Sendible's unlimited users matter less at that size.
