Worth knowing about Planoly: Planoly built its name on the Instagram grid, and since acquiring Snipfeed it also runs a Creator Store for digital products and merch from the link in bio. For a creator whose business is Instagram plus product sales, that pairing is hard to replace with a general scheduler.

Capterra reviewers frequently mention slow support, scheduled posts that failed and glitches, and several describe the product as "very Instagram-focused". These are review patterns, not measured failure rates.

There are structural reasons too. X is reminder-only. Starter cannot add a user or a Social Set without an upgrade. Subscriptions cannot be paused, and no approval feature, public API or white label was found.

Planoly exports analytics as CSV, but no export of scheduled posts or the media library was found. Postify has no import tool either, so plan to rebuild upcoming posts from your original files.

Most of the effort is the next few weeks of content. Published posts stay on each network, and accounts connect to Postify through each network's own login, so no passwords change hands.

Because Planoly gives no refunds, the cheapest moment to leave is just before your renewal date.
