Choose Meta Business Suite if

Worth knowing about Meta Business Suite: Meta Business Suite is free, first-party, and covers Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger and WhatsApp Business in one place, with ads next to organic posts. For a business that lives entirely inside Meta, no paid scheduler can match that price, and Postify does not try to.
Signs you have outgrown Business Suite
You schedule a campaign for Facebook and Instagram, then post the same thing to TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube by hand.
A client or manager wants to see and approve posts before they go live, and Business Suite has no approval step.
You need a link-in-bio page, or desktop-only Threads cross-posting no longer fits how you work.
Free or paid: pick the kind of alternative first
If cost is the main constraint, look at schedulers with free plans first. Buffer's free plan covers 3 channels with 10 queued posts each, and Metricool's free plan allows 20 posts a month; both reach networks beyond Meta.

Migration checklist
- There is nothing to cancel: Business Suite has no subscription. Keep using it for ads, boosts and WhatsApp after you move scheduling elsewhere.
- Export your Insights reports from the Export dropdown before you change routines, so you have a baseline to compare against.
- Business Suite has no export for scheduled posts. Go through the Planner and decide per post whether it stays there or moves to Postify, so nothing publishes twice.
- Connect Facebook and Instagram to Postify through Meta's own login, then add the networks you were posting to by hand (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest) and send one test post to each.
- If you use Business Suite inbox automations for Instagram or Facebook, rebuild the ones you need in Postify on Plus or above, and keep WhatsApp Business conversations in Meta's tools.
