TikTok Money Calculator
Estimate what one sponsored TikTok is worth. A 10K to 50K account with average engagement sits around $280 to $950 per video, and brand deals pay far more than the creator payouts TikTok runs itself.

Almost everyone searching for a TikTok money calculator is trying to answer one of two questions: what TikTok pays per view, or what a brand should pay for a sponsored video. The first answer is disappointing and the second is where the income actually is, so this page estimates sponsorship value from your followers and your engagement.
TikTok prices slightly under Instagram at nano and micro sizes, where buyers still quote off follower count, then overtakes it from around 50K up, where a video that travels beyond your followers is worth more than a feed post that does not. Engagement is the adjustment on top: TikTok rates run high across the board, so a rate that would be excellent on Instagram can sit below the 25th percentile here.
Every figure covers one organic video, single network, no exclusivity and no Spark Ads usage. They are estimates aggregated from public creator pricing surveys, agency rate cards and marketplace listings, not measured data from your account or from TikTok.
Not sure what your averages are? Open your last 10 posts, add up the likes and the comments, and divide each total by 10. Leave out anything you boosted: paid reach raises the engagement side of this without raising what a brand is actually buying.
rate = band base range x engagement multiplier (0.85 to 1.35)

Sponsored post rates by follower count on TikTok
Typical rate per sponsored video for an account with average engagement for its band. Strong engagement moves the whole range up by as much as 35%, and weak engagement pulls it down by about 15%.
| Followers | Rate per sponsored post | What that tier looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Under 1K | $20 to $65 | Nano tier. Most deals here are product plus a small fee, and a brand is buying your niche rather than your reach. |
| 1K to 10K | $65 to $260 | Micro tier, the busiest part of the market. Engagement is still high enough to beat much larger accounts on cost per action. |
| 10K to 50K | $280 to $950 | The first tier where a media kit and a written rate card are expected rather than optional. |
| 50K to 200K | $1,100 to $4,000 | Mid tier. Agencies join the conversation, and briefs start carrying usage rights and exclusivity clauses. |
| 200K to 1M | $4,000 to $14,000 | Macro tier. Deals are usually multi-post packages, so the per-post figure is the starting point for a bundle. |
| 1M+ | $14,000 to $55,000 | Top tier, where management fees, exclusivity windows and paid whitelisting decide most of the final number. |
Rates are estimates aggregated from public creator pricing surveys, agency rate cards and marketplace listings, last reviewed 2026-08-03. They cover one organic post with no exclusivity or paid usage rights, and your niche, audience quality and deliverables can move them a long way in either direction.
How the estimate works
Two inputs, two steps. Your followers decide which of the six bands above you are priced in, and your engagement rate decides where inside that band range you land.
estimated rate = base range for your band x engagement multiplier (0.85 to 1.35)
Step 1: your band
Six bands, from under 1K to 1M and above, each with a typical range per sponsored post on the network you picked. The band is the bracket a buyer opens the conversation in, before anyone has looked at your content.
Step 2: your engagement
Your rate, (likes + comments) divided by followers times 100, is compared against benchmarks for accounts in the same band on the same network. The band range is then multiplied by 0.85, 1.0, 1.15 or 1.35 depending on where you fall.
| Engagement vs your band | Multiplier | Where that sits | 10K to 50K on TikTok |
|---|---|---|---|
| Below average | 0.85x | Under the 25th percentile for your band | $238 to $808 |
| Average | 1x | Between the 25th percentile and the median | $280 to $950 |
| Good | 1.15x | Above the median, under the 75th percentile | $322 to $1,093 |
| Excellent | 1.35x | Top quartile, at or above the 75th percentile | $378 to $1,283 |
Worked example
A TikTok account with 24,000 followers, averaging 2,050 likes and 130 comments, has an engagement rate of (2050 + 130) / 24,000 x 100 = 9.08%. That is good for the 10K to 50K band, where the median is 7.3%, so the base range of $280 to $950 is multiplied by 1.15x. The estimate for one sponsored video is $322 to $1,093.
Where these numbers come from
Rates are estimates aggregated from public creator pricing surveys, agency rate cards and marketplace listings, last reviewed 2026-08-03. They cover one organic post with no exclusivity or paid usage rights, and your niche, audience quality and deliverables can move them a long way in either direction.
Nothing on this page is measured from your account or from any private dataset. The band ranges and the engagement benchmarks behind the multiplier are both public-source estimates, the emailed rate sheet is built from exactly the same figures you can read here, and a real quote always depends on your niche, your deliverables and the rights the brand asks for.
How to negotiate a TikTok brand deal
- Quote against your median video, not your best one. One clip at four million views does not raise your rate, and a brand that checks your last ten videos will notice the gap immediately.
- Price Spark Ads usage as a separate line. Letting a brand run your video as an ad from their account is media buying, and 25% to 50% of the organic fee per month is the normal ask.
- Charge for the number of revisions, or cap them at two in writing. TikTok briefs turn into reshoot requests more often than any other network, and an uncapped revision loop quietly halves your effective rate.
- Ask for a category exclusivity window in months and price it. Thirty to ninety days of turning down competing brands is worth 20% to 30% on top of the fee, and TikTok brands ask for it more aggressively than most.
- Build a media kit around watch time and completion rate, not just followers. Those are the numbers TikTok rewards and the ones a paid media buyer understands, and showing them justifies the top of your range.
- Bundle a stitch or a reply video into bigger deals rather than discounting the main video. It costs you a fraction of the effort and gives the brand a second asset to point at when the budget is reviewed.
Frequently asked questions
How is my TikTok sponsored video rate calculated?
Your follower count sets the band: roughly $20 to $65 under 1K, $65 to $260 at 1K to 10K, $280 to $950 at 10K to 50K, and up from there. Your engagement rate, (likes + comments) divided by followers times 100, is compared against TikTok benchmarks for that same band, and the range is multiplied by 0.85 below the 25th percentile, 1.0 around the median, 1.15 above it and 1.35 in the top quartile. All of it is estimated from public pricing surveys and agency rate cards.
Is this the TikTok Creator Fund calculator?
No. This estimates what a brand pays you for a sponsored video, which is where nearly all creator income on TikTok comes from. The creator payouts TikTok runs itself are paid per qualified view on longer videos and typically work out to single-digit dollars per hundred thousand views, so one mid-size brand deal can be worth more than a month of them.
Why does engagement matter more than follower count on TikTok?
Because the For You feed decides your reach, not your follower list. A 20K account whose videos hold people to the end can out-deliver a 200K account that people scroll past, and brands that buy on cost per view have learned this. Followers set the bracket you are quoted in, engagement decides where inside it you land.
Do I get the full rate breakdown?
Yes, by email. The headline estimate and every rate table on this page are free with no address. The full breakdown, with the engagement adjustment explained and negotiation notes attached, unlocks when you ask us to send it, and the emailed version uses exactly the same public estimates shown here.
What is a media kit and does TikTok need one?
It is a one-page summary a brand can forward internally: handle and niche, follower count, engagement rate, two or three videos with their view and completion numbers, audience breakdown by country and age, and your rates per deliverable. On TikTok it matters more than elsewhere, because your follower count understates your reach and the media kit is where you prove it.
Is my data stored?
Only if you ask for the emailed report. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent while you type. Requesting the report sends us your address, the numbers you entered and which page you were on, so we can deliver it. Marketing email is a separate, unticked checkbox.
