Choose Planable if

Several people sign off before anything goes out: Planable offers optional approvals on Basic, required approvals and bulk approval on Pro, and multi-level approvals on Enterprise.
You want to add colleagues and clients without paying per seat: every Planable plan has unlimited users and is priced per workspace.
You publish to Google Business Profile, or you need a public API (Pro and above) or Zapier, Canva and Slack (from Basic).

Worth knowing about Planable: Planable is built around review. If your real bottleneck is getting a post approved by three colleagues and a client, its required and multi-level approvals solve a problem Postify does not try to solve.

Why teams outgrow Planable

Volume is one trigger. Basic allows 60 posts per workspace per month and Pro 150. Raising Pro to 500 costs another $49 per month, so a busy workspace pays for posting room on top of the plan.

Add-ons are the second. On monthly billing, Basic at $39 plus Analytics at $14 and Social Inbox at $9 comes to $62 per workspace per month before Social Listening, which is $99 more.

Some teams also run into history limits. On Free, Basic and Pro, published posts are archived a year after publication and permanently deleted 30 days later, although they stay live on the networks.

What Postify changes

From Starter up there is no monthly post cap, and X is included on every plan. Analytics comes with every plan, including PDF and scheduled email reports, and the inbox with comment-to-DM automations starts on Plus.

Moving your content and your team

Export posts from Planable as CSV for every page, or PDF for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Postify cannot import the file, so recreate scheduled posts in the composer and use the move to adjust captions per network.

Agree on a new sign-off habit before you switch. If a client approved every post in Planable, the Postify client link on Pro and Agency can hold each post until they accept. If several colleagues reviewed every post, you will need to handle that outside Postify.
